As an adjunct to my current personal injury practice I am a Circuit Civil mediator.  I am Board Certified as a Civil Trial Lawyer and Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator.  In the past, I have been retained as counsel for Allstate Insurance, Allstate Floridian, Florida Farm Bureau, Traveler’s Insurance and others.  I have successfully prosecuted and defended claims in the counties of Brevard, Seminole, Orange, Osceola, Polk, Highlands, Hardee, Hillsborough, Pinellas and Sarasota, having tried cases in all of those counties.  I graduated from the University of Florida College of Law in 1993.  I have been qualified as an expert witness on evidence and attorney’s fees in the State of Florida, as well as an expert on settlement of minor’s claims.  I have successfully mediated personal injury, medical malpractice, landlord-tenant and business related matters, global mediation and bad faith claims.

We have four locations available for mediation: Bartow, Lake Wales, Sebring and Winter Haven.  Each facility is easy to find, with plenty of parking.  Our Bartow, Lake Wales and Sebring offices are able to accommodate multi-party litigation.  Depending on the time of mediation, refreshments include donuts, fruit, bagels, cookies, vegetable platter and all manner of soft drinks or water.
